For someone with over 25,000 miles towing an Open Range, I have had pretty good luck. Ours was one of tie first ones built and did have a little trouble with it. Dealer set up an appointment so I could take it to the factory to get repairs done. When we were there they were very good in the customer service area and fixed the problems. They asked if there was anything else and we ask them about a couple other things one of which was absolutely no fault of theirs and they gladly fixed them also. I would not be afraid to purchase another Open Range. Hope a little info from someone who has owned one will help. Good Luck in your choices and Happy Camping.
To add to Sluggo's comment, one of my problems was delam on the back panel. They had problems with glue in the beginning. If you look at the newer ones they all have a fiberglass front and rear panels. They removed the back panel and installed a new one. Haven't had trouble since. All of our repairs were taken care of in one day.
