I pulled it 100 miles from the dealer, I was impressed how much power the durmax has 65 mph with cruse on driving the long for ever hills of N M. I was on the over loads and could feel it. Will air bags take it off the over loads? I had a little bit of roll but not much Is that meaning Im on the over loads? there again I wont know till I load my Harley and gear in the garage. thank youOH48Lt wrote:
3.5 inch drop at the tires is a lot.
That is quite a bit. My 3500 drops about that when I hook up my 342. I am on the overloads at that point. I don't like the feel of driving on the overloads, so I fill the air bags to 35-45 psi and enjoy the ride. You will probably get some bags or timbrens back there before you know it.
