2016 / 2017 Mobile Suites 40KSSB4 bedroom floor

Has anyone had problems with the 2016 / 2017 40KSSB4 floor at the foot of the bed. Floor flexing in a 3 foot area, feels spongy. If so what did you find the problem to be. Was it the frame or the 5/8"...

Yours has flexible heating ducts? Mine are rectangular metal ducts under the bedroom floor area in question
