Updated 9/9/16 Purchased the MS36RSSB3 as some of you know and we've lived in the unit now for a little over two weeks and are loving it...No real high or low temps, but highs a few times at 90-92 ...

Sounds like am AWESOME unit.
Like you said its brand new........if you both really like it that would not bother me in the least.
Spend some time in it WITHOUT the sales person on top of you.
That's what my wife and I do when we look. That way you both can really decide if it's the one or not.
