I don't have the rear air suspension, but the truck sits level with the 5th wheel hitched up - it's tail high unloaded (see photo). I'm on the lowest setting on the hitch, the Mobile Suites has the optional 2" risers between the frame and the MorRyde independent suspension, and I'm still slightly nose high. On the tire pressure monitoring system (TST 507), the rear trailer tires when hot are about 2 PSIG higher than the front trailer tires - temperatures show the rear tires about 3 or 4 degF higher than the fronts. I really am out of adjustments at this point to do anything about it as I don't have any room between the cap and the Trailair TriGlide to raise the Trailair even if I had bolt holes available.
As far as fore/aft adjustment, the kingpin is just about over the rear axle - I set it up this way initially to ensure plenty of cap-to-cab clearance. I could move it forward 2" after checking clearances on my initial tows, but I haven't yet. The Ram is very forgiving on the cap-to-cab clearance issue due to the placement of the rear axle. Note that it doesn't sit in the center of the 8' bed but about 2/3 of the way toward the back of the bed, away from the cab.
