The receiver on our Mobile Suites is rated 300/3000, but that's trailer tongue and total weight. Overhung weight such as a carrier bouncing around is a different story. If you're close to 250-300 lbs including the weight of the carrier, I'd keep a VERY close eye on the receiver and its connection to the frame.
If you have the 2" riser, you'll see it - it's a 2" square section tube between the MorRyde independent suspension and the bottom of the frame. Mine shows the 2" riser on the tag in the exterior step well.
