2nd AC
If unit does not come with 2nd ac in bedroom, does it need to be framed from factory and prewired. Or can unit be put there with little effort.?

All depends on your rig. I think most will accept a 2nd A/C to be installed in place of the skylight/vent in the bedroom. Mine was also prewired for one. If you have an electrical type cover plate beside the bedroom skylight then it is probably prewired.
