2nd AC
If unit does not come with 2nd ac in bedroom, does it need to be framed from factory and prewired. Or can unit be put there with little effort.?

I am going to assume you have a 50 amp fiver. If it's 30 amps it probably a no go to add 2nd AC. If 50 amp, BB_TX above is probably right on.
