The battery (ies) will stay charged on a 15Amp household outlet, with the right stack of adapters. That will also run the fridge and lights (at the same time).
I have a 30Amp in the yard and when we were upgrading the main panel for the house I had the electrician leave a spare 50Amp double breaker which I later wired for a box from Lowes to serve the driveway when we are loading.
With the right adapter, we also run the MIG welder off the 50Amp box.
