I make the mistake of listening to those on here that said a 36' MH was the biggest for those places. Did not take long to learn, NOT TRUE so traded for a 40' and finally a 42'. Yes it will be harder, especially in the East but not impossible. Do not show up Friday looking for a site big enough as on Monday there will be plenty. For your amount of use go with the 38.
