32 vs 38

Hi all...just took delivery of new tv...2015 gmc 3500 denali diesel crew srw...now for the fiver.

Here is my problem...can't decide between 32 or 38 foot wildcat...32 gets us into more places but at expense of bedroom storage, small shower, and general livability. 38 footer gets us the room we want but i am a little intimidated by the size...used to a 25 foot tt.

We r retired and plan extended stays for the next few years....so...ease of finding
the good spots in state and nat parks...or ultimate comfort...oh...we r outside most of the time...thx...bo
  • Most of us can't really answer that question for you and can only tell you of our own experiences. I for one bought the 37' right of the bat because I had the tow vehicle and had read enough posts to know that I would probably end up there anyway. Being retired and spending extended periods of time in the unit is a lot easier when you have more room, especially if the weather is not good. Others can get by just fine with 32' so it is hard to help you pick one. If you can life with the 32 then more site options will be available in older parks. Good luck and just enjoy the time on the road.
