a few thoughts on what to look at:
Cargo capacity (CCC) - my preference was to find one with at least 3000 lbs capacity; this gets used up quickly with toys, water, and gas. Some units use smaller axles, some up to 7k axles.
interior width - even on wide bodies this varies.
garage length - 12' garage will push you up to at least 37' overall length.
couch/tv configuration, is it comfortable and does the layout work well?
grey/fresh/black tank sizes - are they adequate for your usage
generator - generally the 5500 is quieter than the 4000 watt, if that's important to you
Interior and underside storage - make sure its adequate for what you take
aluminum vs fiberglass exterior- most of what them in that range are probably fiberglass, but there are a few aluminum's. pros/cons to both.
most likely anything you find will have some trade-offs, so just figure out what's a must have to help narrow them down.
