Thanks Eric. Since 90% of our camping are with the kids, a separated bathroom (not in a bedroom/pass through) is a must. Wife and I agreed the second bath wasn't really a need, and like you said, near impossible at 35'. Seems the shortest with bathroom is 37.x'. We encourage going #2 at the campground toilets because kids (women) tend to clog toilets since they like using too much TP. As a result, the toilets get very little use.
I like the layout of the 311 because it pushes the sofa out the opposite side of the camper, letting us hang out under the awning. The GD 328 is reversed so you have the couch hanging out under half your awning. We like sitting outside if it's raining which is kind of hard to do when slides are there.
I am sure there are other models, we are just figuring out what we like and will go from there.
