Roy, the popout situation you describe is one of the reasons we went with the Impact 351 versus some other models. I hated the idea of having popouts on the "front", taking up space on our "front porch" area. Our 351 is the same as the 311, only a longer garage.
The only negative, I think, of this floor plan, is that when both popouts are in, you cannot access the bedroom or bathroom, and you have to climb over the sofa to get to the fridge unless you go in through the garage area and then through the slider. The wardrobe slide gets "just" close enough to make it so you can't open the bathroom door, and the couch slide covers up the stairs.
And, as a note, this woman doesn't overuse the TP, because I know it makes it a worse time for me if I do... perhaps yours could use some "how to use the toilet in the camper" training :)
Camper and at home. I've given up training :W
As far as the slides stopping access to the bedroom, that kind of stinks. I was hoping to keep the dog in the front bedroom with the AC running when we travel since I am taking her area in the bed of the truck away.
We may have to re-think that if we can't get to it unless the slides are open. Accessing the fridge and bathrooms when the slide is shut is essential to us. Climbing over a couch isn't the end of of the world.
