3500 Ram long bed dually - Hitch Question

When ordering a new RAM it's a no brainer on the towing pucks and 7 pin connector in the bed. My factory option cost me $340.
Plus you get the gooseneck hitch! But most dealers do not add this option for trucks they floor.

Every truck my dealer stocked had it.
Most of the trucks at my dealer had it too. It seems like a bit of a no brainer, especially for 3500's.
