I'm looking at a few older 5th wheels, and I'm having issues finding out the info I need. I need a 4 season, live in unit. We are planning to build a house and need something to live in in the interim...

I was planing to do the enclosure once its set up. I didn't think about heating that area though, thanks.
Judging by the weight of the Excel I was looking at, it had to be 4 season. It was only 31" long and weighed nearly 11k! Too bad my wife doesn't like the interior of it :(
