Reading through this thread, I have concluded that the best answer would depend on where the 50A connection is on your rig. Mine is at the very rear of the rig, about waist high.
I use an old dishpan that is round. I can "spin" it to coil the cord inside, then store it in my front compartment, next to the battery. If I am going immediately to the next campground, the dishpan goes in the bed of the truck.
