50 amp Cord
What kind of container are you using to store your cord ?

10g = 30a, 8g = 40a and 6g = 50a.
16g? That is close to telephone wire, certaintly not power cord!
I know it's not on topic but phone wire is 24g.
I never said it was, I said close, some old phone cable used 18 gauge wire! And IMHO it is not really off topic, if anyone were to use 16 gauge wire for a 50 amp cord, it would be a real problem.
