50 Amp Service
In looking at 5er's on RVTrader, most seem to be 30 amp service. Is this standard or is 50 amp available on very many?

The standard was/is 30 amp service. With the addition on a 2nd A/C unit and some other higher consumption options on larger units there was need for additional power, hence 50 amp service.
We never needed more than the 30 amp service until we installed the 2nd A/C unit.
