Some upgrades may significantly increase load capacity of the vehicle. Which doesn't change what the stickers say... but the tow realistically has much greater capability.
What the OP is stating he's going to tow with his truck, would really not need all the add-on's you speak of..If one has to add all that to tow "X" size 5er, than one should have purchased a bigger truck from the get go.
