I don't know about the 24 lb Curt, but I got rid of my Curt Q16 on my previous truck because it was very loose and sloppy at the pin. Went with a 18k B&W Patriot and it was much better. When I bought the Ram with the factory pucks, I sold the Patriot and got the B&W for the Ram factory pucks....the base is heavy...that is my only complaint...very nice sold and easy to use hitch.
Do you feel any slop when you take off or when you hit the brakes?
