First I would get rid of that pin box or have it checked out. I had the same one and a trip back from down south the bottom plate rollers broke. I had to have the bottom plate welded solid so it wouldn't move. I greased every week and it still broke. it would bang like hell every time we stopped or took off. they will send a replacement bottom plate with no rollers
