I think the biggest issue is MOST people with the TrailAir TriGlide don't understand that there are 9 grease ZERKS. Three on each side that are visible and 3 underneath that are less accessible.
I have owned two with zero issues. Current one is rated at 21k and my RV is 23k and 26k when I have the Mororcycle trailer attached. Who knows it may fail the next trip out.
