5er hitch

Greetings. I’m about to go crazy. I have a 2019 cedar creek 38el. My tv is a 2017 ram dually with auto air level. My issue is if I get 7” on truck rail the ride is terrible, bad chucking. That’s with the air bag with 80b’s air to put on the line. If I let air out, 40 lb’s the ride is good but I only hav 5”s of clearances. What can I do???
Please help a newbiie.
Forgot, the pinbox is a Lippert Trailair

    I appreciate all the help. I’ll try somethings that ole biscuit and Learjet suggested. Thanks again and I wish I could edit my signature. I’m having a bad day

    I feel your frustration...I'm guessing you have a 4x4? I have lowered my hitch all the way and raise the pinbox to the highest hole...still not level...but close...I do have enough clearance on my signature 5'er between the rails.

    Lower 5vr pin box
    Raise 5th wheel hitch

    Flip axles

    Go to lowest mounting holes in spring shackles

    Subframe Lift

    I think the OP needs to update profile. Proride is hitch for TT not 5er.
    OP: What hitch do you have?
