I just went from a 2013 F150 CC to a 2016 F350 SWD CC. I measured the ground to top of rail on the 2013 and I had almost 59". On the 2016 I have 60". Both of these measurements were taken on level garage floors. Now the difference I have found is the 2013 box depth is 23" and on the 2016 it is only 20". This makes the pin box sit higher in the 2016 giving me 7" clearance and I am about 1" nose high. These are actual measurements between the two trucks. I made double sure before I bought the 2016.
