5er wiring

Question

Making a tight turn and my cord got hung up on my hitch and pulled out of the trailer. As I understand it blue is for brakes. There is not a blue wire on the trailer, but there is one on the cord. All other wires match up.

Crawl under and check color of wire at the brake assemblies.What color wire did not get connected at the trailer?

The wire was black - hooked it up to the only black wire I could find and it worked.  Thanks for your help!
