Another vote for care not age. I just sold my 26 yr old 5er. Here in NM you do not have much rain so little if any rust and while I have repaired the roof twice over the years it is currently sound with no water damage. I am now in the market for a travel trailer with bunk beds.--Grand kids want to come along :(
