Some manufacturers had a 12 year warranty (Dicor I think). Depends upon the manufacturer of the roof in question. Proper care and if stored under cover can substantially lengthen roof life. Most problems occur at seam/joints, yearly inspection, and necessary repair is part of RV ownership! If the previous owner wasn’t very diligent, leakage may be an issue.
