First, expensive trailer to take off road.
Second, towing 16,000 lbs into an unimproved road situation may seem like a good idea, right up until the time it rains. And then that unimproved road becomes mud the day you are ready to leave.
Third, that 18"s of clearance disappears quickly with the pivot point (axles) so far from the back end.
If I bought that trailer (and we are looking at the exact same one), it wouldn't be with national forest type of campsites in mind.
