Air ride hitch should help with the bumping sensation. Expensive, but a wonderful addition to the 5th wheel towing experience. I towed a 39' 5er with a 2011 F-350 all across this country two times and it was a pleasure and problem free with a Hensley TS3 air ride hitch.
