There are 4 of us and we have 2 kayaks that we use for water purposes (I don't fish, but DH does) and the girls like to just take the kayaks out.

We have 2 inflatable Sea Eagle kayaks that we take with us in the 5'er, especially when we head to the beach or one of the TVA lakes. They work well, are very stable and take up just a little bit of room in our closet. They each have their own carry bag and weigh in a little less than 50 lbs.
