5th wheel hitch questions

I have a 2011 chevy 2500 HD Duramax, and 2016 Grand Design 337. I was going to do the B&W turnover ball, but really don't think I will remove the hitch very much. Also since I couldn't get a definite answer I decided on a slider. I felt better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Went with the B&W Patriot slider with rails in the bed. Hitch comes out easily, and can always put a piece of plywood over the rails if I need to slide something in the bed.
I did buy and have the hitch installed in like October, took delivery in April. My dealer didn't carry the hitch I wanted. Good luck.
