Sorry I don't have a pic. If your rig is 4wd, the holes in the frame are actually right above the tire at about 10 and 2 oclock. Mine has two holes in each position, one threaded and one unthreaded. They are slightly offset from one another. They are very obvious. If you don't see it then you don't have it. You may have two holes unthreaded each side which requires what they call a fishwire technique to get the bolts in. It could be that Chevy just started with the threaded inserts.
