do look into the Trailer Saver BD3 air bag suspension and shocks built into the hitch and it comes apart for easy take in/out It is expensive but worth every penny.No to lifting the truck. My trailer runs nose high now just because chev decided that high is Macho? And then they made the box higher too.I really don't need 14 inches between the tire and wheel well. And Ford is higher still. And the hitch on the Trailer Saver is a Holland/Brinkly? Absolute is eiether open or closed and locked. No in between.
