Reese, Pullrite, and B&W all make hitches to fit the Ford factory prep. And all are very good hitches with wrap around latching mechanisms that are near fool proof. Can't go wrong with any of them. And you have a nice flat bed with no rails when you take the hitch out.
A shock absorbing pin box (either air bag and shock or with rubber absorbers) can greatly improve your ride if you find chucking (push/pull motion) to be a problem.
As stated, no lift.
A 5er with extended pin box, contoured front cap, and you being careful on tight back in turns and you can make do without a slider.
