not factory on Fords. they provide lift on the rear axle, so you can level out the ride and take some pressure off the rear springs.
I paid $350 for my firestone kit for my Ford F350, installed myself in 2 hours.
added a wireless remote air pump (Airlift Wireless One) so I could adjust on the fly vs add air at the bumper.
autoplicity has them today (ford airbag kit 2535) for $316 + shipping & tax.
airlift kit is around $300 + shipping and tax today it seems
