Mine is 6'9"s, by todays description, a standard bed, vrs a long bed.:)
When I ordered my truck in early 13, the 3300 for pucks, was not yet available. I did not want the Reese/Ford version that was the only choice, so did not order prep pkg. I have the Patriot with rails, which I am happy with! The 3300 became available shortly after my truck started down the assembly line. Nope, could not add the FW prep pkg.

Things must of changed in 2014 , we had available with the pucks the frame adapters. I know Reese built one for Ford ,and Ram. I have the Reese picture frame adapter in my 2014 Ram truck. .Was bought to use with my existing Reese slider hitch that required standard rails, and still using with the rail mount Andersen.
Besides the Cummins motor, the puck, and fifth prep was one of the big selling points to me. My research shortly after purchase led me to the Reese frame adapter. Actually now I believe there is three different brands of the frame adapters to accommodate the older standard fifth wheel hitches. Nice thing now for anyone have the fifth wheel prep, the availability of hitches with the puck system , although I am happy with the rail mountAndersen .
The frame adapter never comes out of my truck, no need . Its not a factor when I remove the Andersen if I need the bed clear to haul my pontoon boat for fishing. Just too many reasons to never want to go back to a standard hitch , but no one knows until they have the Andersen :B
