5th wheel hitch that attaches to gooseneck ball?

I recently got a killer deal on an F250 to pull the 5er that I'm buying soon but I've run into a snag and could use some advice. The truck has a gooseneck hitch in the bed. Not a Companion turnover ba...

Since I had the B&W Turnover Ball system already in my new to me TV I bought the B&W Companion but if I had the flip over ball like you have I think I would take a close look at the Anderson hitch as someone else suggested. Best of both worlds. YMMV
