5th wheel hitch that attaches to gooseneck ball?

I recently got a killer deal on an F250 to pull the 5er that I'm buying soon but I've run into a snag and could use some advice. The truck has a gooseneck hitch in the bed. Not a Companion turnover ba...

I wish I had gone with the Andrewson set up. I still may. I mounted a 5th wheel hitch OVER the gooseneck the previous owner had mounted in the bed. I ALMOST bought the adapter but I just did not feel comfortable with it. The Anderson setup looks great.
