5th wheel hitch
Do they make one that will pop out or unbolt so I can still use the bed of truck.

Most all 5er hitches can be easily removed from the truck. Some leave the mounting rails in the bed (which are very low profile and have minimal impact on using the bed) while some use an underbed mounting system that does not leave visible rails in the bed. I have had both. The underbed mounts leave a cleaner looking bed. But the ones that do leave the rails in the bed did not prevent me from using the bed for whatever I wanted to haul from lumber to an ATV.
