Do they make one that will pop out or unbolt so I can still use the bed of truck.

At the risk of derailing the thread, I'll suggest you also look at the Andersen Ultimate Aluminum hitch. It's on the top of the list for me.
It connects to any gooseneck ball. So as long as the gooseneck ball is removable you'll have a clean bed when it's out.
