5th wheel hitch
Do they make one that will pop out or unbolt so I can still use the bed of truck.

It connects to any gooseneck ball. So as long as the gooseneck ball is removable you'll have a clean bed when it's out.
And if you want a shop vac go buy a Craftsman, they "DEVELOP" 6HP. ;)
