Do they make one that will pop out or unbolt so I can still use the bed of truck.

Should be on there. I was lucky and found it on CL in CA a few years back for $300. It's application is for a 94-02 RAM. I was lucky it shoehorns into this 15 RAM. The one for this truck will have at least 2" of gap on each side so you can hook the "D" rings I guess. So if you want one to fit nice like mine and you have a 10-15 RAM order the one for a 94-02 RAM.
It is considered "bed height" and is 30" front to back. Really a great quality product! They are expensive at least $1,000.
