When I owned my Crossroads 30SK (5th wheel) I was told the outside measurement of the box or living area (front cap to rear wall) was 30 ft thus the 30. The SK represented side kitchen. The pin box and rear bumper were not included in overall measurement.
Now I own a 305SKP so not sure if the 305 represents Sq. Ft. or what.???
