My 305T Everest measures 30.5 feet from the front landing gear to the rear of the trailer. Overall length is just under 37 feet.
I always carry a 100' tape measure when I look at trailers and measure the ones I'm interested in due to length restrictions where I will park it. I have yet to find a trailer that is the same overall length as is given in the brochure.
