The Star Performance Kingpin Gooseneck adapter has worked well for me since 2007... Usually I can get the adapter on my ball easily and never worry about it slipping off.

The Reese Goosebox failed on me and was not replaced under warranty after it failed (Front Frame broken and Reese Goosebox movable part was BENT after hitting a TX pothole). Didn't like how it was supposed to be greased (via zerk) for every tow or how the airbag puffed out enough air after almost every tow it had to be refilled VERY slowly (have air compressor on board?)... maybe the design has improved?
Coworker with same trailer as mine is using the Anderson Hitch successfully too - but doesn't tow nearly as much as I do.
