This is a very valuable point. Imagine yourself living in this unit.
I noticed that on my 5th wheel when I bought it that the one dump valve was under the unit and back far enough that I would have to crawl under to reach it. No problem me or one of the kids can handle that. Well now the kids are grown and don't go anymore and I'm now disabled. Let me tell you that dump valve is a major pain in the butt now.
Don't let the bling blind you look everything over carefully and think about how it will work for you and your family
