That is not what my conclusion was and it's taken out of context.... you can't tell me for one minute that you dont see these overloaded rigs going down the road all the time.... it's only one factor that you can physically see... there are many hidden issues.I Will let the NTSB and police do their job and they will come up with a conclusion that's what they're paid to do... they are the final say not me and I never intended to be the judge and jury.
