So something like this is not acceptable? This might be a deal breaker for us-we need gooseneck hitches in our trucks because all our other trailers are gooseneck trailers.
Go to www.andersenhitches.com and look up the installation manual for the GN mount for their hitch. Pretty d@mn straight-forward and simple. Doesn't matter if you have a removable ball, or not; their design simply slips their connector over the ball, a pin is slipped through underneath the ball and the connector is torqued down. Well-illustrated manual.
