All this, likely because some anxious moron just had to pass the car in front of him, just to be one car length ahead, behind the next guy, likely going the same speed.
I see it all the time here on our rural 2 lane highways. Stupid drivers taking everyone's lives into their hands, because they think their agenda is so important that they have to be first, the safety of everyone else on the road be dammed.
Unsafe passing is a killer.
